Launched a full public Help Center with FAQ articles and a searchable Documentation Hub to help users get the most out of Lymnus.

We're excited to launch two new knowledge hubs for Lymnus: the Help Center and the Documentation Hub.

Help Center

  • Searchable FAQ articles organized into 6 categories: Getting Started, Billing & Payments, Account & Security, Documents & Extractions, Agents & Integrations, and Plans & Limits.

  • Helpful / Not helpful feedback buttons on every article so we can continuously improve content.

  • "Was this article helpful?" voting is tracked per session and shown as a percentage to future readers.

  • Related articles sidebar with dynamic suggestions within the same category.

Documentation Hub

  • Full-length technical documentation with a sidebar navigation, table of contents, and previous/next article navigation.

  • Multi-language support — every article can be authored in all supported languages.

  • Admin preview mode so editors can review unpublished articles before going live.

  • Page-level feedback ("Was this page helpful?") with like/dislike counts visible in the admin panel.
