When an agent fails, the first step is to check the run log. Open the agent, go to Run History, and click on the failed run to see the detailed error message.
The most common causes of agent failures are:
A connected app has been disconnected — if your agent sends results to Google Sheets or another app and that connection was revoked, the agent will fail at the export step. Reconnect the app from the Apps section.
The uploaded documents are empty or corrupted — check the files manually before running the agent again.
A schema field has a constraint that the data does not meet — the extraction node may reject values that do not match the expected type or format.
Token balance is insufficient — if you have run out of tokens, the agent will fail at the processing step. Purchase top-up tokens or wait for your monthly reset.
