If your document fails to upload, check the following:
File format — Lymnus supports PDF, DOCX, XLSX, TXT, CSV, PNG, and JPG. Other formats are not currently supported.
File size — the maximum is 50 MB per file. If your file is larger, try splitting it into smaller parts.
Internet connection — a slow or interrupted connection can cause uploads to fail. Try again on a stable connection.
Browser — try a different browser or disable browser extensions that might be interfering with file uploads.
If your file meets all these requirements and still fails to upload, try refreshing the page and uploading again. If the problem persists, contact support at support@lymnus.com and attach the file name and file size so we can investigate.
