I cannot log in to my account. What should I do?

If you cannot log in to your Lymnus account, try the following steps in order:

  1. Make sure you are using the correct email address — check if you signed up with a different address.

  2. Click Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset instructions sent to your email.

  3. Check your spam folder if you do not receive the reset email within a few minutes.

  4. If you signed up using Google login, make sure you are clicking Continue with Google rather than entering a password.

If none of these steps resolve the issue, contact support at support@lymnus.com with the email address you used to sign up. We will help you regain access.
