To permanently delete your account:
Go to your Profile settings (click your avatar → Profile).
Scroll to the bottom of the page.
Click Delete Account.
Read the warning carefully — this action cannot be undone.
Enter your password to confirm.
Click Permanently Delete Account.
All your projects, documents, reports, agents, and personal data are permanently deleted immediately. You will receive a GDPR erasure certificate by email as proof of deletion.
Billing records are anonymised and retained for seven years as required by financial regulations, but they cannot be linked back to you after deletion.
We recommend cancelling your subscription before deleting your account to avoid any further charges.
