Lymnus does not offer refunds for partial billing periods. If you cancel your subscription, your plan stays active until the end of the current billing cycle — you will not be charged again after that.
If you were charged in error (for example, due to a billing system mistake), please contact support at support@lymnus.com within 14 days of the charge and we will review your case.
Top-up token packs are non-refundable once purchased, as the tokens are added to your account immediately.
