If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification immediately. Lymnus will automatically retry the charge three times over the following seven days.
To resolve the issue quickly, go to Billing → Payment Methods, update or replace your card, and then go to Billing → Manage Subscription to manually retry the payment.
If all automatic retries fail, your subscription will be paused and your account will revert to Free plan limits. Your data is not deleted — once you resolve the payment, your subscription resumes and full access is restored immediately.
