When your token balance reaches zero, any operation that requires AI processing (extractions, report generation, agent runs) will be paused. You will see an error message explaining that your token balance is insufficient.
You have two options to restore access:
Purchase a top-up token pack — go to Billing → Purchase Tokens to add tokens immediately. Top-up tokens do not expire.
Wait for your monthly reset — your plan's full token allocation is restored at the start of your next billing cycle.
You can still access the platform, view your existing projects and results, and manage your account while your token balance is at zero — you just cannot run new AI operations until your balance is restored.
