You can permanently delete your Lymnus account at any time. Account deletion removes all your personal data, projects, reports, agents, and app connections. This action is irreversible.
Before you delete
Export any reports or data you want to keep
Cancel your subscription to avoid future charges
Inform team members, as shared projects will become inaccessible to them after deletion
Cancelling your subscription
To cancel your subscription before deleting, go to Billing → Manage Subscription and click Cancel Subscription. Your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which it reverts to the Free plan.
Deleting your account
Go to your Profile settings (click your avatar → Profile).
Scroll to the bottom and click Delete Account.
Read the warning carefully.
Type your password to confirm.
Click Permanently Delete Account.
Your account will be deleted immediately. You will receive an email confirmation with a GDPR erasure certificate (certificate number included) as proof of deletion under GDPR Article 17.
What data is retained?
All personal data and content is permanently removed. Billing records are anonymised and retained for seven years as required by financial regulations — these records cannot be linked back to you.
