Lymnus accepts major credit and debit cards. All payment information is handled securely by Stripe — Lymnus never stores your full card number.
Adding a payment method
Go to Billing → Payment Methods.
Click Add Payment Method.
Enter your card details.
Click Save.
If you have a subscription, you can set any saved card as the default payment method. Your default card is charged automatically on each billing date.
Updating a card
To update an expiring card, add the new card first, set it as default, then remove the old one. This ensures there is no interruption to your service.
Removing a payment method
Click Remove next to any card in the Payment Methods list. You cannot remove a card that is currently set as the default while you have an active subscription — set another card as default first.
What happens if a payment fails?
If a payment fails, you will receive an email notification. Lymnus will retry the charge automatically three times over seven days. If all retries fail, your subscription will be paused. You can resolve this by updating your payment method and manually retrying from Billing → Manage Subscription.
