Inviting Team Members

How to invite people to your Lymnus workspace and manage pending invitations.

Lymnus lets you invite team members to your workspace so you can collaborate on projects and reports together. Team member seats are available on the Starter plan and above.

Sending an invitation

  1. Click Team in the sidebar.

  2. Click Invite Member.

  3. Enter the email address of the person you want to invite.

  4. Select their role — Admin or Member (see Team Roles and Permissions for what each role can do).

  5. Click Send Invitation.

The invitee will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation. If they do not already have a Lymnus account, they will be prompted to create one. Invitation links do not expire — they remain valid until the invitee accepts or you cancel the invitation.

Team member limits by plan

  • Free — 1 user (owner only, no team invitations)

  • Starter — up to 3 members including the owner

  • Pro — up to 10 members including the owner

  • Enterprise — unlimited members

Resending or cancelling an invitation

Pending invitations appear in the Team list with a Pending badge. You can cancel a pending invitation from the three-dot menu next to the pending member's entry.

Removing a team member

To remove someone from your workspace, click the three-dot menu next to their name in the Team list and select Remove Member. They will immediately lose access to all shared projects and resources.
