Sharing a Project

How to give team members access to a project and control what they can do.

You can share any project with other members of your team. Shared projects appear in the Projects list for all invited members. Sharing is available on the Starter plan and above.

Sharing a project

  1. Open the project you want to share.

  2. Click the Share button in the top-right corner of the project page.

  3. Search for a team member by name or email address.

  4. Select their access level (Viewer or Editor).

  5. Click Add to confirm.

Access levels

  • Viewer — can view all documents and outputs in the project but cannot upload, edit, or delete anything

  • Editor — can upload documents, run extractions and reports, and rename outputs

  • Owner — the person who created the project; can manage sharing, rename or delete the project

You can change a member's access level or remove their access at any time from the same sharing panel.

Removing a shared member

  1. Open the project.

  2. Click Share.

  3. Find the team member and click the X next to their name.

  4. Confirm the removal.

Removed members immediately lose access to the project and its contents.
