Reports can be shared with specific team members so they can view or collaborate on the output. Sharing a report does not give the recipient access to the underlying source documents.
Sharing a report
Open the report.
Click the Share button.
Search for team members by name or email.
Set their permission to Viewer or Editor.
Click Add.
Permissions
Viewer — can read the report and leave comments, but cannot edit the content
Editor — can edit, regenerate sections, and export the report
Removing access
To remove someone's access to a report, open the Share panel, find their name, and click Remove. They will lose access immediately.
